1-to-1 Therapy

One-to-one sessions hold a safe space that focuses on healing and personal liberation.  What does that look like? We have a total of 50 minutes in session. In this time, you can bring questions and have a reflective time to “dig deeper” and understand personal characteristics.

During our time together, you can identify goals and trust the process! I have a non-judgmental approach and often bring humor to the space to ease the conversation. Sometimes, I add somatic care like breathwork or a guided meditation.

  • To find out if we’re a good fit, we’ll start with a consultation call. You’ll have a chance to ask me any questions you have and I will explain how therapy with me works.

  • In person sessions are available for New Orleans residents. Virtual sessions are available for Louisiana & New York residents.

  • Sessions are $175-200 with a limited sliding scale available. I currently do not accept insurance. Payment accepted via HSA, major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal.

Therapy Styles

  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing

EMDR uses eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to activate your problem solving process. This treatment focuses on a specific problem and its negative and positive emotions, sensations, and beliefs.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT focuses on changing thought patterns in the here and now. CBT is based on the idea that the way someone thinks and feels affects the way they behave.

  • Mindfulness

Mindfulness-Based Therapy enables supportive techniques like mindful meditation or breathwork to consciously pay attention to your body, thoughts, and feelings without judgment.

  • Intersectional

Intersectional care explores your BIPOC experience through talk therapy and embrace the multiplicities. For example, recognize how race, class, and/or gender impact the whole person. Dismantle oppressive, racist, and binary systems by challenging the status quo.
