1-to-1 Therapy
One-to-one sessions hold a safe space that focuses on healing. What does that look like? We have a total of 50 minutes in session. In this time, you can bring questions and have a reflective time to “dig deeper” and understand personal characteristics.
During our time together, you can identify goals and trust the process! I have a non-judgmental approach and often bring humor to the space to ease the conversation. Often, I add somatic care like breathwork or a guided meditation.

In person sessions are available for New Orleans residents. Virtual sessions are available for Louisiana & New York residents.

Sessions are $175-200 with a limited sliding scale available. I currently do not accept insurance. Payment accepted via HSA, major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
